As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience on my 7-hour DMZ tour from Seoul—and that’s largely thanks to my guide, Jun. From the very beginning, Jun made me feel completely at ease. Traveling alone can sometimes feel uncertain, but his friendly and welcoming approach quickly put that to rest. He was not only a safe and reliable driver, but also an incredibly knowledgeable and engaging guide who brought the history of the DMZ to life in a thoughtful and accessible way. What I appreciated most was how attentive he was without ever being overbearing. He struck the perfect balance—giving me space to take in the experience on my own while also being readily available to answer questions and share deeper insights. It felt like a truly personalized tour. The entire experience was smooth, insightful, and genuinely memorable. Exploring such a historically significant place on my own could have felt overwhelming, but Jun made it comfortable, enriching, and even enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour—especially for solo travelers. Having a guide like Jun makes all the difference.
