Sylvia was a wonderful guide and the bites across Trastevere were delicious. We had been in the neighborhood once before but loved hearing a bit more of the history behind the lively and eclectic neighborhood that it is today.
Had a great evening with our guide Mattia and the group. Great condensed version of the tour with excellent food choices. Would be good to update the meeting point information to reflect the current name of the bar (Sicily foodrink, rather than Bar Il Socoliano).

We had such an amazing experience with Devour Tours, and Jean Paul made it truly unforgettable. This wasn’t just a food tour—it was a chance to really experience Rome through its history, culture, neighborhoods, and incredible food. Jean Paul was an absolute wealth of knowledge. Every stop came with fascinating stories and local insights that made us see Rome in a completely different way. He was also incredibly kind, patient, and engaging, making everyone in the group feel welcome. The food was delicious, but what made this tour so special was how much we learned along the way. We left feeling like we understood Rome so much better, not just what to eat, but why its food and traditions are so meaningful. If you’re deciding between a regular sightseeing tour and this, do this. It’s one of the highlights of our trip and an experience we’ll remember for a long time. This was such a great tour. John Paul was our guide. He knew so much about the food, wine, drinks, the area of Trastevere and everything. All of the places we went to were fabulous and authentic! The food was so good and the drinks! I plan to recommend this tour and all of the places he took us to!

Tried great food and learned lots about local Rome food. Guide was great and had lots of stories to share.
Overall, it was a very nice and relaxed experience. I especially enjoyed our tour guide, Mattias, as well as the restaurant staff. Their thorough explanations of Italian food and goods were highly interesting and engaging. However, because it is summer, the heat made it quite difficult to stay fully engaged throughout the tour. I would highly recommend planning more indoor or air-conditioned stops to better accommodate guests during the warmer months. Thank you for a nice time, and I hope this feedback is helpful for future tours.
