The host gave me the wrong time and was not at the meeting location at that time. It was misleading and unfair. They gave my slot to someone else.

Our tours are scheduled to start promptly at 4:00 PM to ensure all guests who arrive on time enjoy the full experience. On the day of your tour, our guide was waiting at the exact designated meeting point prior to 4:00 PM and waited until 4:30 PM (a 30-minute grace period).
According to our WhatsApp communication, you notified us that your estimated arrival time was 4:43 PM—over 40 minutes after the tour start time—and mentioned that it was okay to cancel. Out of respect for the other guests who joined on time, the tour had to depart at 4:30 PM after waiting as long as possible.
We always strive to provide clear instructions, detailed meeting points with photos, and responsive communication via WhatsApp prior to every tour. While we are truly sorry that you missed the tour due to delay, we must prioritize the experience of all prompt participants.
We hope this clarifies the situation for future guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Fantastic walking tour!!
I did the tour with Manaka and absolutely loved it. It was very interesting, I learned a lot, and I not only got to visit many interesting bits of the Red District, but also to understand it better. And Manaka also took plenty of great pictures for me. She was a fantastic guide, definitely recommend!

Excellent Shinjuku Tour with Dan
Dan was an excellent guide and this ended up being one of the more interesting things we did in Tokyo. He’s knowledgeable, funny, relaxed, and very candid, which is exactly what you want for a tour like this.
The best part was getting the context behind Shinjuku and Kabukicho rather than just walking through and looking at everything from the outside. Dan explained how the area actually works, gave us a much better understanding of the culture and history behind it, and was happy to answer pretty much anything we threw at him. It never felt overly scripted or sensationalized.
Really enjoyable, informative, and a great way to see a side of Shinjuku that would be very easy to miss on your own. Would absolutely recommend the tour, and especially Dan.

Great tour!
Aya was a great host! We didn't know what to expect with a "deep" dive on the red light district, but it was extremely informative, fun and we learned a lot! They even booked us a dinner reservation for after the tour. Great way to spend 1.5 hours.

Amazing 90 minute tour of one of the major tourist hotspots in Tokyo.
One of the better, off-the-beaten-path tours around central Tokyo. My tour guide, Aya, was
really amazing and stopped to ensure I got a great understanding of the surrounding area and the lore behind each and every street, building and area. She was wonderful and really made it worth the while to step out and explore Tokyo solo. Oh, and finding the meeting spot was super easy, she made sure to send really clear instructions on how to meet up and what to expect. Well worth the price!

Delightful Shinjuku Night Excursion!
This tour was really cool! A price of close to 25 dollars to see all the hidden back alleys and attributes of Tokyo was really interesting! Not to mention the mere 2 hours to cover multiple stops made the experience alot more fun and immersive! Reina especially made this tour one of my best as he was able to guide a whole group of 9 while keeping the mysterious atmosphere of walking through the alleys! If you're looking for a quick night tour to explore Tokyo's red light districts, this tour is for you!

Superb nocturnal stroll
Everything about this night tour of Shinjuku and more was enjoyable! From the very first contact, the whole family felt at ease with the team that was accompanying us that evening. This warm stroll allowed us to discover things we would not have noticed on our own, both fun and informative.
Thanks to the kindness and generosity of the guides, I rank this moment among the most pleasant of our Tokyo stay, thanks again for that.

Fun in the area
This tour was so fun and highly informative. While staying in the Shinjuku area we were able to get an up close and personal tour regarding places we pass everyday. Our tour guide Reina was a joy and made the experience enjoyable and memorable.
