Lots of walking. Great sights, informative history all around a good overall highlight for your first trip to DC. Skip the boat ride portion. Not worth the extra money

We found the tour very good, however, the website said you would pick up and drop off at the same location. We had to walk from the White House to our car parked near the pickup point, The museum of National Archives, which is quite a distance. The driver told us 4 blocks but it was more like 1-1/2 to 2 miles. Also we didn’t get into the Capital Building as the website advertised. We did learn a lot and will refer the tour informing future customers of our experience.

Missed the bus. Directions were poor. Paid for trip and Uber but bus left without us. We had to walk to all sites we wanted to see.
