We enjoyed our tour very much. Evelyn was Great! We were the only ones on our tour so it gave us time really get to know each other and share personal experiences. She cued us in on some of the things we could do after our tour or at a later date. Both the Library of Congress and the Capital were equally amazing and we could have spent day in each. And the Shakespeare Theatre was a wonderful surprise. Thank you again, Evelyn
Our tour guide, Evelyn, was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and exciting to listen to. When it switched to another “Capitol” guide there was more standing in one place.
Megan was quite knowledgeable and personable. We toured the Supreme Court building and the Capitol building and she made sure that we saw all we could see. First time in DC and I would highly recommend this tour.
Overall a great tour of the court and the capital building. Our guide was funny and knowledgeable. He had a strong political bent that I could do without.
Our tour guide was Evelyn with Unscripted Tours. Evelyn was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and fun to spend time with! She knew the Capitol rotunda would be closing, so she hustled us in for the last tour in the early afternoon. She also got us tickets to the house chamber where we saw two bills pass. In the Library of Congress she explained the sculptures, murals and mosaics on the walls and ceiling. She also told us so much US history and we learned so much from her.

Tony was great but I expected more from the capitol and library. I would have liked to see more details about Congress and The House of Representatives, including where and how they meet. The experience was just ‘okay’.

Because the US Capitol is an active government building, public access to the House of Representatives and Senate chambers is strictly controlled by Congress and requires gallery passes coordinated directly through a state representative's office. While our guided US Capitol and Library of Congress tour explores the rich history, Rotunda, and stunning architecture of these iconic Washington, D.C. landmarks, chamber access is unfortunately outside our control.
