I loved the tour but was upset because just before leaving for the tour my husband became very ill and went to bed. I went to the meeting place and told the guide Greta and the Viator representative and they gave me an email address to inform you but it didn’t go through. They suggested that I take the tour by myself and ask for a refund for his ticket which I did. I would like a refund for just his ticket. Please advise. This was a situation beyond our control. It was frustrating because I didn’t know how to contact you and the guides were no help. The two guides I talked to can verify my dilemma. Thank you. .

Our guide was amazing, however VIATOR sent us to the WRONG TOUR!!!!! WE were supposed to be on the VIP tour with being able to access the terrace and climb the duomo, we were actually on the best of Florence walking tour. I am very disappointed in Viator.

Well worth paying for skip the line. We got to see so much more and our guide was incredible so knowledgeable

This trip will take you outside of the city to see where the residents live and how beautiful the city is from above. We stopped at 3 special spots above the city for photos and got to see an area where people gather with live music and dancing. We would not have known about any of this without the tour. It was unique and lovely.

Loved it! Our guide was super knowledgeable - it was great to get background and history on the places we visited and the artwork that we saw on our tour.

It says we were going to see David and we didn’t. False advertisement! Long tour and only one trip inside a building. Very boring.

Informative. Would have liked to have walked up to the altar as it seems others were welcome to do so. Tour felt a little bit rushed. The guide could have done a better job welcoming herself and giving instructions as we were waiting for everyone to arrive. Not sure why some of the guests were able to where shorts and others not.

Regina was incredible and so informative! I highly recommend the afternoon tour because we were able to tour Santa Maria del Fiore after it was closed to the public.

Arriving at the meeting point, I learn that my reservation cannot be fulfilled! No Duomo, but a dull tour of the city instead. The Accademia tour was good, but I am very unhappy about missing what I came for. And it was impossible to go at another time, my stay was over. Despite an email sent to the organizer, still no news other than this request for a review.
