We had a wonderful experience with our tour guides, Mr. Long and Mr. Bin. Both were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the trip. I booked the airport transfer (both ways) between DAD to my Hoi An hotel. I was in contact via WhatsApp with one of their managers, Mr. Man, even before coming to Vietnam. He confirmed all the flight information, and told me what to expect when we came out. During my stay I booked a one-day private tour going to My Son and Marble Mountain. We hired their van, a driver and an English speaking guide for the entire day. The guide was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. Don't ask me if it was the best deal in town, but for sure this company is reliable and trust worthy, I will book with them again if I ever go back to the area.
