サン・セバスティアンのピンチョスツアーでは、旧市街をガイド付きで散策しながら、街の食文化に浸ることができます。 地元のガイドが案内するこの体験には、定番のシグネチャー作品から現代的な一口まで、季節の産物を使った8つのピンチョス*が含まれています。 各テイスティングには、スペイン語各宗派のワイン3種、バスクサイダー、そして地元の伝統的なリキュール（ノンアルコールオプションあり）の5種類のドリンクが付きます。 途中下車の合間には、歴史的な広場、何世紀も前の教会、地元の日常生活が形作る活気ある街並みなど、物語や逸話、独自に探索を続けるための実用的なヒントが満載です。 少人数のグループ向けにデザインされたこの体験は、グルメツアーの最高の点と、ピンチョス文化の非公式で社交的な精神を兼ね備えています。 バスクでの食事がなぜ滋養強壮に留まらず、芸術とアイデンティティの真の表現として理解されるのかを捉えている。 *グルテンフリーとベジタリアンのオプションがあります。

An outstanding tour with Ibeth. Suberb knowledge, atmosphere and food. We tried excellent wines and saw San Sebastián town too!
Great food and wine! Really enjoyable time. My family and I (including my 12 year old son) had a great time.
We had a wonderful three hour Pintxos tour with Darya. She picked great bars and restaurants, where our tables awaited when we arrrived. She was very knowledgeable about the foods and wines she chose for us. Highly recommend!
Ibeth was the kindest tour guide i’ve ever had! She was so inclusive in trying to get everyone to chat a little bit and was always happy to answer any questions that we had. She went into details with each of the food as well as how it may relate the history behind San Sebastián. Really could not have asked for a better experience!
It was a fun evening. Our guide Rafael was well informed on many topics and shared his knowledge with us. He made each experience comfortable taking care of everything and ensuring we had space to enjoy the food and wine. The Old Town was very busy and he took us down quieter routes. Overall a very worthwhile experience and the food was delicious.
Yvette was full of energy and knowledge regarding the best places to go for unique Pintxos. Along the way she gave us a history lesson and showed us where the locals hang out. It’s been a few years since I e done a Pintxos tour and this one was really good for learning some new places and pintxos to put in your memeory bank.
Alternatives for people with allergies/food preferences
Gilles was a very knowledgeable and personable guide and gave us great information on the local area and on the food and wine provided. The food and wine were both fantastic and the tour overall was very good value.
We had the joy of being guided by Iker. He showed us a proud country with fantastic wines and food (more than enough) and regaled us with stories of local history as well as how this relates personally. Absolutely recommend this tour as well as Iker's personality - brilliant !
Rafael was the most amazing host we could have wished for. We had an enthusiastic and social group with whom we discovered the beautiful old centre of San Sebastián. We were taken along various food hotspots, one even lovelier than the other. We had amazing food, great wine, received interesting information about the old parts of town and shared lovely conversations. All in all a night to remember for a very long time!!
