Fantastic Vacation
The tour was really well planned and we got to see most of the famous spots without feeling rushed. Our guides, Peng and Henry Lin were fantastic – they knows so much about the places we visited and explained everything clearly in both English and Chinese. They were also very caring, always checking in on everyone and making sure we were comfortable. You could tell they genuinely enjoy what they do.
Our driver, Erwin, was also wonderful. He’s a very humble and kind person who was always ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was assisting with luggage, making sure everyone got on and off safely, or just greeting us with a friendly smile, he went out of his way to make the journey comfortable for everyone.
One area that could be improved is the food selection. Since the tour includes people from different countries and backgrounds, the operator should consider offering a variety of cuisines throughout the trip. We had three Asian buffets over three days, and while the food was good, it would have been more enjoyable to experience different types of cuisine each day to reflect the diversity of the group.
Everything from transport to timing was smooth, which made the whole trip stress-free and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this tour operator.

Amazing n awesome NY - Washington DC - Niagara falls 6 day tour
Our tour experience, to east cost comprising NewYork fortune tour, One world observatory(WTC), Statue of Liberty, Roosevelt Island, BMW bridges, Philadelphia, Washington DC, White House, Memorials, Niagra falls with capsizing boat tour, was an amazing n memorable one. Tour operator's arrangements-Hotel accommodation n Bus transport, was high ranking. Tour Guides Wendy, Jerry n Vicky were very cooperative, cordial n helpful. Their instructions plus explanation in english language was satisfactory. Bus drivers were found to be skilled n professionals. Only point to bring to notice of tour operator is to think about passengers of Vegetarian food. It was noticed at couple of places that the bus was halted at place where only Chinese non-vegetarian buffet was available which put us in awkward starving situation being vegetarian. They should opt for such places where both options are available. Also the reaching time to hotel at day end seemed pretty late @ 11.30 pm in Niagra falls tour n picking up next day too early at 7.45 am and in NY tour at 7.0 am. For Sr Citizens like us it was quite cumbersome affair.
Barring above rest all was a pleasing n satisfactory tour.

Fun, breathtaking and fantastic
Great tour experience. Tour guide Mr Daniel took great care of us and trip was well-planned. Journey was excellent and food was great.
