Philadelphia was only a short stop of 30 min. We could have saved that. But was program so intended. So no criticism. D.C., we've seen a lot. It was worth it. Hotezimmer was fine, too. Breakfast was the last thing. Tour guide Jackson was nice and explained a lot.

I do not recommend this trip. We were on a 55-passenger bus and were the only two English-speaking people. Our guide was nice and did his best to communicate to everyone. The bus driver kept getting lost, we only had 10-15 minutes when we stopped at attractions and if you needed to use the bathroom, you really had no time to see anything. The first day, we didn't even stop to eat until evening. The hotel was 45 minutes from DC so we wasted time coming and going. The second day we spent 2 hours in DC. We left at 1 and didn't get back to New York until 10:30! Our bus had seen better days as well. They kept the bathroom locked, so thankfully we didn't need to use it. I recommend taking Amtrak into DC and creating your agenda. Live and Learn!
We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet expectations. Based on our investigation, here is what we have found:1. Traffic & Delays: On that day, Washington, DC, experienced significant road closures due to a military parade, which caused unavoidable detours and extended travel times. Unfortunately, this also contributed to the late return to New York (10:30 PM) and the challenges the driver faced navigating the area.2. Guiding & Stops: Our guide provided commentary in both English and Chinese, as is standard for this bilingual tour. Each scheduled stop adhered to the allotted time (10–15 minutes at rest area for washroom). We apologize if the balance of languages or pacing did not align with your clients' preferences.3. Dinner Timing: We understand this was inconvenient for guests accustomed to earlier meals.4. Hotel Location: The selected hotel, while 45 minutes outside DC, was accommodate to the tour’s budget and group size.
These guys non Professional only rip off people's.. when I booked they take money for tour then on way going they took 496 Dollers for food and attractions in buss then on way back they forced us to pay 15% each person on each day which is 90 doller for 2 days tour which is alot ..Total ripp off..I asked them to call customer services they dnt have one, asked them wana talk to your Manager they dnt have either..buses are old no window blinds, no bathroom in buss..

The vehicles we use are all professional transportation (The type of vehicle used depends on the number of guests attending on the day). We will continue to improve vehicle configurations to ensure that all vehicles meet the highest standards in terms of comfort and functionality. According to the investigation, this vehicle is very new and we can provide you with relevant vehicle pictures. Bus bathroom is for emergencies only, as there can be an odor that affects everyone's experience. Usually, we stop every 2 hours to go to the bathroom. I hope the above explanation helps you! This trip to DC worked out very well for us . The trip was not a very rushed one . We got to see the basic attraction s just enough to get the feel of DC . Thou the hotel we stayed was very decent , but was abt 40 mins out of the down town . Our tour guide was very sweet but as the crowd was mainly Chinese she spoke more in mandarin . Over all it was a decent experience .

Had very good experience visiting Washington. Saw lot of memorial and monuments. We got very good tour guide, Name - Kiko.
I highly recommend to not go on this trip! the leader of the trip (Anderson) is very rude.For example,he wouldn’t let kids use the toilet (which was at the back of the bus ) and let adults use it only ,my kid had to hold his wee for 3 hours straight! This shows how much he really cares for the people on this trip.Furthermore over text online we agreed a price of $260 for the trip per person but by the end of the day it was triple the price! There were unnecessary secret additional charges adding up to $1500. On top of that we are only a family of 3.We were absolutely horrified as we have been saving up a lot of money to come to America as a dream of my family. Afterwards Anderson proceeded to ask for tips and it got to the point he was begging for the money we just had to give the money to him. Overall,this trip has really shocked and disappointed me and my family as we have spent more than enough money on this trip then the price we agreed with them,and there was only one staff who was very rude! I strongly recommend you not to go on this trip especially with Anderson.

Joining 2 days tour , tour guide peng , very professional, knowledgeable, we saw a lot on 2 day . Good arrangement for the hotel and meal and attraction place .
The tour contents and tour guide are excellent ( Mr. Rong Zheng). But about 45 people out of 55 are Chinese and it should be altered. Their behavior and attitude such as speaking loudly in the bus, smoking everywhere, etc. were very annoying. Moreover, the guide had to speak in English and Chinese. It was a half service as a non Chinese speaker. If other tours are the same, I will not sign up anymore. The program and the guide are awesome.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. We are an international tour company and may have some tours with guests from Asia. This tour had both Chinese and English-speaking customers, therefore the tour guide gave explanations of the same content in both Chinese and English. He did his best to make the guests feel better. We are sorry for the negative experience, nonetheless.
Booked this trip for my parents, visited most of the places of interest in the Philly and DC area on the schedule. Decent foods and hotel. Special thanks to our bilingual tour guide Peng Peng, very dedicated and professional. Highly recommended.
