The cruise itself it’s amazing, really good facilities, big and comfortable bedroom and a cute pool to enjoy sunset! Staff is super friendly and kind.

3-day cruise: no regrets about being able to do the day trip for kayaking, the cave, and the beach. The team is great, the rooms are comfortable.

What an absolutely incredible experience! The scenery, the boat, the service were all incredible. Our guide kept our family with 3 teenagers entertained throughout. Anna managed the restaurant service beautifully and the food was delicious - she tailored the menu to accommodate a coeliac in the group. And Son's service was attentive and fun. I would thoroughly recommend this experience.

We were lucky with the weather. However, everything is so well organised that I imagine even in inclement weather the tour would be good. The food was exceptionally good and all the crew were highly professional. The excursions were efficiently handled. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cycad cruises. My one regret is that we only spent one night aboard.

Staff was very kind and available. we had an amazing time durino our trip. The trips were well organized and we had the chance to kayaking in the baby and also have a tai chi class at sunrise. The rooms are big, cream and also have a little balcony on the sea where you could anjoy the View. I absolutely recommend. 10/10 esperienze

We had an absolutely wonderful time on this cruise, spending two days and one night exploring the breathtaking beauty of Hạ Long Bay. I was travelling with my husband, and the entire experience felt incredibly romantic from start to finish. Our room was luxurious, with floor-to-ceiling windows that allowed us to enjoy the spectacular views of Hạ Long Bay while relaxing in bed. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a spacious shower, bathtub and large windows overlooking the bay. The food was excellent throughout the cruise. Every dish was beautifully presented, looked appetising, and tasted just as good as it looked. One of the highlights of the evening was the live traditional Vietnamese music, which created such a memorable atmosphere and gave us a wonderful insight into the local culture. We also loved Happy Hour on the sundeck, sipping delicious cocktails and cold beers while taking in the incredible scenery as the sun began to set. The excursions were fantastic. We visited a floating village by traditional bamboo boat and learned about pearl farming, which was both interesting and enjoyable. Later that evening, we treated ourselves to a relaxing massage before enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep in the comfortable cabin. The following morning, we explored a beautiful cave with stunning panoramic views before returning to the ship for an amazing brunch, the perfect way to end our trip. Everything, from the accommodation and food to the service, the kind staff that smiled all the time, to the activities, and breathtaking scenery, made this an unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Hạ Long Bay, especially couples looking for a romantic getaway.

My wife and I did the 2-day, 1-night cruise with Cycad Cruises, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. The scenery in Bai Tu Long Bay is absolutely stunning. Waking up surrounded by the limestone islands and calm water was something we’ll remember for a long time. Our room was beautiful, very comfortable, and had amazing views throughout the cruise. We really enjoyed both excursions. Visiting the Vung Vieng fishing village was interesting and gave us a chance to see a different side of life in the bay, while Thien Cave was impressive and well worth visiting. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to answer everyone’s questions. The food was excellent from start to finish. Every meal looked fantastic and tasted even better, and there was always something new to try. The drinks were good, and we also booked massages, which were a great way to relax after the excursions. The biggest reason I’d recommend this cruise, though, is the crew. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we stepped onboard. They were professional without ever feeling formal, and it was obvious they genuinely wanted everyone to have a great time. A special thank you to Cahn Son and Tiger, who both made our trip even more enjoyable. They were fun to talk to, always smiling, and really went the extra mile. We also loved the live music during dinner and the welcome performance when we boarded. Those little touches made the whole experience feel even more special. The only thing I would change is the beer selection. I’m a bit of a craft beer enthusiast and would have loved to see a few options like Weissbier, IPA, APA, pale ales, blonde ales, or sour beers. They only had a few lagers and a pilsner available. It’s a small thing, though, and it certainly didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic experience. If you’re thinking about doing a cruise in Ha Long Bay or Bai Tu Long Bay, I’d happily recommend Cycad Cruises. We had an amazing time and left with some fantastic memories. Excellent cruise, service, friendliness, comfort, everything is very good. To that, one must add the magnificent landscapes. I recommend it.
