We would also like to clarify that Les Rives operates tours with English-speaking guides only. As your review mentions a Chinese-speaking guide in a previous comment, it is possible that your booking may have been arranged through a other agencies who chartered our speedboat service while independently providing their own guide. In such cases, while we are responsible for the boat operation and onboard service, the guide service itself may not be directly managed by Les Rives. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will share your comments with the relevant partner to help improve future guest experiences.
