We're glad you found the facility beautiful and very clean, with a seaweed-free beach and chairs just steps from the water, plus the trolley service from reception. That said, we're sorry about several points you mentioned. We understand the frustration of the "adult" section being right next to the kids' section, without the atmosphere separation you expected; it's something we'll review with the area layout team. We're also taking into account the lack of a pool in the beach package, the limited drink variety (no Coke products or Bloody Marys), and the extra $12 USD charge for a float. We're especially concerned that, upon returning from the snorkeling excursion, you found your chairs had been given to someone else without notice; that kind of situation is not acceptable and represents a real failure in beach space management that needs to be corrected immediately with the relevant team. We're also sorry about the distance and taxi cost ($35 USD each way), as well as the policy requiring you to eat inside the restaurant without being able to bring food back to your chairs.
