I was disappointed with our experience at with the Kuza Adventure Park and Beach in Cozumel. One of the issues was the water. It was brown, murky, and appeared dirty, which made it very uninviting. Once we attempted to get in, we discovered the bottom was covered with sharp rocks that made it uncomfortable and difficult to walk barefoot. There was virtually nobody in the water, and after experiencing it ourselves, we understood why. The murky water is not the fault of the resort, but it’s still a negative. One of the main attractions, the large yellow slide, was out of service during our visit, which was disappointing since it is prominently featured in photos and marketing materials. The park also advertises kayak rentals, but there was no one available to assist us, and the rough water conditions would have made kayaking difficult anyway. We were there for 4 hours and offered a drink one time on the kids side. The beer was served warm so we did not order another one. We also had to pay $60 to and from and it is only 12 miles. That was an additional $120 added! The property itself has potential and the staff we encountered were pleasant, but several advertised activities were either unavailable or not practical due to conditions. If you’re considering a visit primarily for swimming, water activities, or the slide, you may want to verify current conditions before purchasing tickets.

Carlos,Trevor,Alfredo & guardardo(doing zipline photos) were all amazing!! The zipline guys are wonderful and know exactly what they are doing for an enjoyable experience. The tour guide Carlos is also amazingly knowledgeable and a great tour guide . Thank you for an amazing experience

Was a good trip. Guide (Mario) was fantastic. Driver (Daniel) did a fantastic job of getting us there and back safely. The zipline experience was great and the beach experience was ok. Went to the the “Chill Beach -Adult only area” and under aged children were always present the entire time. Some adults were loud and never shut up. Wished we could have had some more quiet space to enjoy and more relaxing time with my wife which is what we were expecting. Felt more like a water park environment with people everywhere all the time just not as relaxing as expected.

Incredible park and beach - clean, well staffed, well maintained and safe. Lifeguards present everywhere, we never worried about enjoying the beach or letting our kids explore the water park area. Prices extremely reasonable for everything included. The food/snacks were amazing! We will be back!

Kuza Beach was amazing. The price was worth it. The beach was beautiful. The Waterpark was so fun. We were there for four hours. We were a family of 8. The food and drinks were tasty. We will be back again.

Excellent shore adventure from our cruise stop, and fun for the whole family. Nice beach and really fun water slides and huge pool. Great food and drinks. Highly recommend for a fun family get away. Our guide Cesar was exceptional.

The water park was enjoyable for my kids. Food wasn’t great and drinks were ok. I’d stick with beer if it were me. The beach didn’t have any water activities either. Overall experience was ok but I wouldn’t go there again
