Awesome experience making focaccia just outside Lecce! Would definitely do again! lots to eat… Don’t eat before you go!😉
Absolutley the best experience ever. Our hosts were fantastic. We ate what we made plus food from her own grandmothers recipes before ours were done. We were treated to food, sparkling wine and even some home made wine from the grandfather, which i loved and was given a bottle to take with us. Cant recommend this experience enough. We had the best time and were stuffed leaving. Two thumbs up.
The host was very welcoming into her home and she did a great job showing and then guiding us through the process of making focaccia. Enjoying what was created was yummy! The location is outside of Lecce so if you don’t have a car, it requires a taxi from the Lecce historical area.
Had the most incredible experience at the Focaccia Masterclass in Lecce with Pierangela. She and her family were so warm and welcoming, making us the most delicious aperitivo while our homemade focaccia baked. Such a special and authentic experience — 10/10 recommend!
The experience is great. You cook at someone’s home and learn about the region also. And great food!!!
