Alessandro and his crew were amazing! He gave clear instructions to walk us through the steps, kept the wine and snacks flowing and gave good cultural details on why and how food was made the way it is. We did the pizza, pasta AND tiramisu and it was all amazing. Hoping to use the recipes to try at home!

Marco was an outstanding culinary guide and wonderful host. We could not have had a more enjoyable time. Relaxed but informative this is a must class for anyone.

The class was hands-on, easy to follow, and filled with great tips that we can actually use at home. Marco made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived, and you can tell he genuinely loves sharing Italian food and culture. Everything we made was absolutely delicious, and this ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! 🇮🇹🍝 I would 100% recommend Marco’s cooking class to anyone visiting.
