This was hands down the highlight of our trip to Rome. Alessandro was so hands-on, supportive, funny, and made everyone feel comfortable regardless of their skill level. I would easily recommend this to anyone interested. He also left us with a book of all the amazing recipes we tried. 10/10 experience!

Beautiful cooking class. The host Alessandro and his assistant Rashid looked after us very well. Extremely friendly and well run - but most importantly the food was delicious.
It was an amazing experience that has definitely inspired us to take more cooking classes in the future. Our instructor was absolutely incredible and able to answer any and all questions we had relating to our course. Truly a 10/10 experience.
