ポートランドから東へ30分程行くと、コロンビア川渓谷国定景勝地、マルトノマ滝、全米でも有数の壮大な景色を見ることができます。高層ビルの断崖、緑豊かな熱帯雨林、雄大な滝などです。 最後の氷河期の間に、壮大なコロンビア川の流路に沿って永続的な記念碑を残す大変動が起こった。 大洪水が陸地を剪断し、世界的に有名な「コロンビア川渓谷」を形成する石の崖と水の滝が残った。 800フィートの断崖絶壁の上にあるビスタハウスから雄大な景色を眺めたり、国内で2番目に高い年中無休の滝であるマルトノマ滝を見たり、自由落下するラトゥレル滝の壮麗さを眺めたり。 秋には、マルトノーマ・クリークでサケの産卵を観察。 家族経営の小さなツアー会社に参加して、ポートランド郊外にある滝、熱帯雨林、火山岩の造形など、30分足らずで楽しめます。 オレゴン州を訪れながら必見の旅。

This tour was excellent! Peter's expert knowledge of the geography and history of the area added so much to the enjoyment of the tour. We also welcomed the small group size. I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit this part of Oregon.
Everything was great our tour guy had great service n knowledge about Portland. We had such great time doing this tour I highly recommend it anybody come to Portland such great experience.

I wish I could give 10 stars out of 5. Peter was a very nice and knowledgeable tour guide. We enjoyed each place with very thorough narration. I absolutely recommend this tour. The weather was perfect and all the scenery falls were gorgeous.
Dress comfortable, maybe bring a backpack with water. Don't pack it heavy. Take lots of pictures and videos!!!
Great value for a 4 hour tour that includes 5 waterfalls! Peter with Oregon Tours was extremely knowledgeable about the city, the geology, the falls, and the park in general and filled all 4 hours with interesting factoids. I highly recommend.
Great way to see multiple waterfalls in a day. Guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Bring a water bottle.
