Hopscotch Portland Immersive Art Experience

We are from the coast and we travel this way to come check out hopscotch and I’m so glad we did! My kids and boyfriend and I had a blast! Definitely recommend it! So much fun and the staff was really nice! 🥰 will be coming back soon!

Went to the Hopscotch Experience in Portland, OR today with a four year old and 3 other adults. Fun time had by all! There was something there for everyone and no one got bored, including our four year old. All the areas were clean including the rest rooms. We did not try any of the food or beverages, so can’t comment on them. Definitely worth a trip there especially on a subpar weather day!

It’s fun! I would come to this place again and again and want to bring my whole family with me because of the great time I had!

It was genuinely incredible and so much fun. It got us giggling again. Like little kids. Perfect for your kids and you. I loved the music room and the ball pit!

Walking through Hopscotch feels like stepping into a technicolor dream where you can actually play with the art instead of just looking at it. I found the digital graffiti walls and the trampoline room the highlights—they really let you tap into that sense of childhood wonder. It’s the perfect place to lose track of time while exploring something truly unique in the city. When you're finished, you’ve got to pop next door to Ground Breaker Brewing, which is a local gem for anyone wanting a fantastic, 100% gluten-free beer and a relaxed spot to chat about the exhibits.

Visited a few days ago with my BFF while in Portland for a short stay. It was a really cool experience! All cities should have one of these highlighting all the different artists, local or otherwise. I didn't get to try the light trampoline because it was swarmed by children (understandable because it looked really cool) but I enjoyed the room where you make your own music, and my BFF really loved the gigantic ball pit. The huge murals were gorgeous. Not sure how I felt about the rooms of green, red and blue lmao, but it was def something. The secret garden was also such a unique experience. We made a stop at the cafe to get a little munchie before our big dinner plans, and the woman behind the bar was super welcoming and friendly. We tried the chicken bites and portal fries. I'm not usually a chicken nugget fan, but these tasted more like the homemade ones my mom used to make for Football Sundays growing up. I also got the Celestial Unicorn drink, because I had to try one of those crazy colorful beverages. It was very tasty. The electric dust glitter that was added was such a trip! I'd never heard of buzz buttons before, but I'm seriously considering buying this dust to play with at home. The gift shop was really cool, and if I didn't have to travel home with minimal suitcase space I def would have picked up more than just a few small items. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique experience!
