Tour was wonderful. Guide was good. He waited while others took pictures. Very patient with those that took their time and didn't speak english.

Ivan was outstanding. His knowledge combined with his prescence and willingness to clarify or expand as the group wanted on Romes history, with all its nuances, saw the two hours fly by. Really wish we had made the kids go!

We couldn’t find the office to pick up our tickets so never went. We did get a message from the tour guide we were supposed to have met and he was doing his best to help.
We're sorry to read this review, but we're honestly a bit confused, as our Colosseum & Roman Forum Sightseeing Area Walking Tour is an outdoor walking tour and does not involve ticket collection or an office check-in. As you mentioned, our guide did everything possible to help you over the phone when you had difficulty finding the meeting point, which is clearly indicated in the booking confirmation and pre-tour instructions. We're always happy to assist our guests, but unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if the meeting point cannot be reached despite the information provided. We believe this 1-star review does not accurately reflect the experience we strive to provide.
Jacob is really knowledgeable and he patiently answered all our questions. I definitely recommend him as a tour-guide.
Julia was a fantastic tour guide, extremely knowledgeable and extremely caring about the people on the tour. In my group was an elderly couple and she made sure at any point they were ok especially with the steep stairs and heat. She was able to answer every question she was asked. Defiantly do this tour, very comprehensive and worth every penny.
Wonderful tour, the guide was very young but well informed about all the sites that we visited and gave the group very detailed explanations about everything without resulting boring, he also took us through the whole history of the roman empire with a nice sense of humor and he managed to keep the vibe very lighthearted, i really recommend joining this tour!
