Choose Carmel Car Service if you want to be stranded
Absolutely horrible experience!!! Arrived at the airport bags in hand and was called by Carmel manager. He said that they had a problem....The driver was not coming to pick us up. I was told to get an uber and they would refund my money.
I am still waiting on the refund.
This company is not reliable. You will be left stranded.
DO NOT make the same mistake I did.
Choose another means of transportation.

Pre pay with cash only wtf
I was asked to pay as soon as I entered the cab. The driver added his desired tip, he then wouldn't accept the 100 dollar note I gave him. I have used carmel for 20 years and they won't accept debit or credit cards fro m me? No reason why.
I have never felt so disrespected in my life.
There also was no display of driver info I in cab.
Very disapionted .

Easy drop off!!
Great ride from home to the airport. Dropped at the curb. With a family member with physical disabilities, this was a fantastic option!
