The worst cruise terminal we have ever embarkred from, totally unorganized, no clear signs, we stayed about 3 hours moving from line to another, many poeple who couldn't stand for hours just sat on the ground, my advice is to avoid embarking from this terminal if you have a chance

Our driver met us at the port right as we got off the ship. Super easy. He knew exactly where we’re going in Rome which was great. Super easy.

Driver was friendly, efficient and professional. The trip was during rush hour- but driver was an expert driver.

Fraud company, charges don’t show up On 28 July 9 am had a ride to the airport from the Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, driver never arrived but he marked on booking.com that he completed the service to us! I called them more than 5 times until 9:30 and chat with CS on booking, never answer the phone, also customer service couldn’t do anything, so I had to call an Uber, I claimed my money back but Book Taxi Group located in Manchester England and offering services on booking.com rejected my claimed via this Kezyah person and said trip was completed, so much of my time claiming and writing this review to prevent you from using this service if I would be lying? 35GBP won’t be enough to waste my time but I claim out of frustration and unfair charge to my wallet. Be careful with them, Fraud company! Never will use it again

When scheduling your ride from the port the ride into Rome is about 45 to an hour. Take advantage of the ride time frame, since the ride is expensive. We schedule our pick up from the port at 8:00 am, return pick up 6:00 pm from the Spanish steps area by Mc Donalds to be exact.
