We booked the Shared Shuttle “Private” transfer for four of us with luggage from Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) to our hotel in Civitavecchia Port as we were boarding a cruise the next day. We received a number of reminders and important information about our shuttle in advance of our trip. As well, we received (via WhatsApp) a message from our driver telling us where he’d meet us. Our driver (Alessio - sorry if I spelled that wrong) was professionally dressed and his van clean. He assisted with luggage and soon we were loaded up and on our way. The trip was smooth and right to our hotel door. I would definitely recommend this service for groups of people or with large amounts of luggage - door to door service.

BEWARE
BEWARE. Booked a week before departure and was called at 6pm the night before a 7am pickup. Was told if I wanted the ride the price would be double the agreed amount. With no time to find another ride I agreed BUT this is a ploy often used by this company. BEWARE

I felt safe with this...
I felt safe with this driver. He followed the speed limit or just a little over and didn’t mind people who passed him at high speeds on the highway. He was also easy to find in the crowd.

Excellent Experience
Excellent experience. Our driver was early, he sent me an email to advise he was at the port. We left the ship and he was waiting for us with a sign with our names on. Very clean and comfortable mini van. Shared only with 1 other couple. Great rates.

Quick and Pleasant Pickup and Transfer
While we booked a “shared” transfer and were expecting a van to share with other cruise passengers, my husband and I had the luxury vehicle all to ourselves. Khrystena arrived 15 minutes early for our pickup time and contacted us by WhatsApp to let us know of her arrival. She held a sign to notify us that she was our driver, and she loaded our overpacked luggage into the car for us. The car was immaculately clean and the drive to FCO was quick and efficient. We will definitely use the service again!

Shared transfer Rome cruise port to airport
Our booking experience was simple and was confirmed the day before our pickup. Our driver Oleg was very friendly and courteous and managed to round up other members of our shared shuttle in a very crowded cruise port. His driving was excellent and the van was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely use this service again.

Shared ride from port to hotel
The driver waited for us. It was the first week of EES at the port. The lines were crazy long. We were so happy the driver was looking for us as we excited the port. We will using then again in December. Reliable

Hotel to port shared - thoroughly recommend
Excellent communication prior. Driver was smart, polite and prompt. Went from our Rome hotel to the port.
There were 3 x couples plus driver in the shared transport and it was very well maintained and comfortable.
Nb. Allow extra time, fortunately we did, as took 2hrs from hotel to port with traffic. Once out of Rome itself was fine, but traffic getting out was bad. Driver used his cut through which helped.
Very pleased and would recommend.
