⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Civitatours really saved us yesterday! 🙌❤️ After the complete disaster we experienced with our original transfer booking, we were left stranded in Civitavecchia with luggage, a pushchair and a 4-year-old, not knowing how we were going to get to Fiumicino Airport. Thankfully, Civitatours came to the rescue and got us where we needed to be. What really stood out, though, was their staff. They listened to us, showed genuine empathy and understanding and appreciated just how stressful the situation had been for us. They went above and beyond to help when we really needed it. Their staff are a real asset to the company and a credit to Civitatours. After such a stressful experience, having someone actually listen, understand and help made such a difference. It will be better to state the meeting point. It needs to state out we have to take the shuttle bus and leave the terminal to the tour counter outside the port.

The most horrible experience ever! They were supposed to have a ride ready at a particular time. We arrived on time, but when we had asked about the bus service needed, they then claimed we were late. Then they asked for more money for the next bus out. It came off as a scam because the next bus left late and the original left early. Stay away - stay far away from this service company as they are scammers!

Took this bus from cruise ship to FCO airport. It was cheaper than cruise line bus, Had to move luggage from ship on shuttle to bus stop, and wait for bus. Was cheaper but not sure worth the savings.

Bus didn’t wait for ten minutes. We found Taxi from Cruise terminal to Rome airport for $175. Fortunately we made it.

Easy to follow directions on how to find the bus, friendly helpful staff and less than half the price of the cruise ship ticket.

Cheaper to buy tickets at bus. Typical bus trip to where cruise shuttles transport you to and from the ship.

Really great price for transport to the airport from the cruise port. The only downside is that it is not directly from the cruise port. You have to take a free shuttle from the port to a separate location 10 mins away, and then take the bus to the airport.
