Quick and accurate driving to FCO. Driver was polite and helpful. He knew the fastest route to the airport.
Driver was on time and 60 min. transfer from Civitavecchia to Rome Airport (FCO) went smoothly. 100 characters required...
Pick up was seamless at the cruise port and our driver was actually there early, so didn't have to wait at all.
The service was fine but expensive. I found the operator to be a bit difficult to communicate with. Leaving the cruise ship early, there wasn’t much flexibility or understanding that the time could fluctuate based on the ship getting clearance to disembark.
Thanks for your review, you changed the timing 4 times the day before the transfer and we accommodate all the changes... you changed it again the morning of the transfer asking for an earlier pick up and driver driver was already there waiting!!!! our prices are perfectly in line with the prices of the operators that have all the licences to operate legally at the port . thanks
Piece of mind!! Met right at the terminal, loaded luggage, helped the ladies in, light music. At the airport, right to the terminal, in a hour. Had a 1pm flight. Made it with 2 hours to spare. Very safe driver.
Our driver Osvaldo showed up much earlier at the cruise port in Civitavechia so it worked up perfect for us. He was very professional and helpful. We had a nice ride to the airport and made it on time for our flight back home.

Scheduled this service to be picked up after a 10 day cruise on Royal Caribbean. Scheduled the driver for 7am we were let off the ship exactly at 630am and the driver came at 645. We arrive at FCO at 740am plenty enough time for our 11am flight back to the states.
Friendly, courteous, and on time. In fact, our driver arrived early because he was concerned about heavy traffic due to the transportation strike. We disembarked from the ship early and our driver was already there so no longer wait for us. So convenient. Thank you!!
