Very interesting look at the city at night. In the summer, tourist season, so the streets we alive with people and it made it more like a shared experience. Double decker bus so could sit outside for better views and pictures. Two hours. Bus starts at a central plaza, but staff was horribly disorganized deciding who was driving, who was commenting, who was taking tickets, moving the buses. No excuse for that - its been done a few times before! Commentary was expansive and inclusive, noting both neighborhoods and notable buildings and the history involved. However, English was not the first language and combined with traffic/city noise, wind noise while driving, it was often difficult to understand.

Good tour
Nice tour of the city. Informative and fun.
My only negative comment is lack of flexibility. I booked tickets for a large group of 9 and 1 person was unwell to join and they wouldn’t refund me that 1 ticket.

Night sights bus tour toronto
Very good but left late, saw quite a few sights to visit in the daytime, there was an african festival where we picked up the bus so was a little deaf and high by the time we left due to the music and weed.

Address Listed is Wrong. No Way to Contact Tour Organizer
THE ADDRESS LISTED IS NOT CORRECT. Copied the address listed in the RSVP to take a Lyft but the address listed was incorrect thus sending the driver to the wrong location. We had to take a second driver to another location but arrived late and missed the tour.
Tried to contact the tour organizers prior to the bus departure but there is no number to call.

Waste of money and time
The pick up location given on Dundas street was not accurate. We were unable to locate this spot with multiple people trying to help us out. Turns out the street isn’t even named as it is given in the app. Needless to say. We never saw the bus even after spending mi eh for these tickets and going to the “pickup location” which by the way many people were asking if we had the right directions. In any case we traveled from the US hoping for a great experience on the tour bus and I feel taken advantage of. Never again

The tour was great but pick up spot not attractive
The tour bus ride and the guide were great. The pick up spot - Sankofa square was not pleasant. Many homeless people, dirty place, not attractive for tourists.

Night ride
Very informative for someone not familiar with downtown Toronto. I recommend taking the evening ride as all the building and lights are beautiful!
