Small buses which was a surprise on arrival as we had antipated a coach but it made for a small group so good to manouvre through the inevitable crowds. Marian tried really hard to keep us as cool as possible through the blistering heat wave and her refills of cold water, her fans and cool towels were a super touch and very much appreciated. My husband struggled on crutches with even the small amount of queuing required and the team were great arranging a refund of the boat ticket when he realised it was going to be a step too far. Journey behind the falls was a great addition to the day too.

Yesterday we enjoyed the Tour to Niagara falls with our fabulous driver John. Not only giving lots of Information, he was also very friedly and empathic, to the little ones and also to us, as my husband has his difficulties to walk. John has had his eyes on all of us and he managed to guide us through all the sights with his experience and overview. On our way back we also learned again his skills as driver. In summary: perfect

Paul was great! Almost 3 hours in a bus was no air conditioning in the summer heat was pretty brutal.

Absolutely amazing!! The staff was very very well organized, helpful, and explained things clearly. Mike was an AMAZING guide! He was funny and kind, and gave lots of great info and tips throughout the trip. The bus was comfortable. I did both excursions and they were soooo worth it! So so cool!! I definitely recommend this for everyone.

Our trip with this company was cancelled at 5pm the day before it was scheduled but the lady was super helpful in helping me get sorted with an alternative company. They had an air conditioning problem with the bus which caused the problem. Five star review for how the young lady looked after the issue on Thursday this week.

Pick up was exactly on time and at specified location. Vehicle used was modern and air conditioned. Driver/Guide, Tracy, was efficient, friendly and informative. Would recommend the Journey Behind the Falls as well as the boat; two different perspectives on the amazing Falls.

Nadia our guide was awesome. She went out of her way to accommodate a special request for us. I would have given the tour 5 stars if the bus’ air conditioning was working properly but it needed re gassing so that made it very uncomfortable experience especially on the way home.

Great tour! The falls were spectacular. Plenty of time at each spot without feeling rushed. “The Captain” (Michael) was great and full of helpful tips. Make sure to wear quick dry clothing and be prepared to get wet on both the boat and behind the falls tour where it’s a bit more like a hurricane than a mist! 🤣

Andrew, our guide, was amazing! He was very sweet and knowledgeable. The overall tour was awesome! It was an excellent day trip. I did the cruise and behind the falls, you must do both of those, it is an experience like non other. He showed us the rapids ahead of the falls and horseshoe bay down the falls. It was phenomenal!

Marian was our driver and guide and could not do enough for us in order to provide the best tour possible. Competent, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, pleasant and humorous. She ensured a memorable experience.
