The City Cruises event was advertised as "New Jersey July 3rd Parade of Historic Ships Signature afternoon lunch." "...sure to be spectacular as historic ships and military vessels from around the world triumphantly stream into New York Harbor. Join us aboard our New Jersey Signature Afternoon Lunch Cruise and witness this unmatched spectacle up-close for this once-in-a-generation celebration. The boat QR code map indicated the route was to be from Liberty State Park to the Intrepid, then back to Battery Park and up the East River to the Williamsburg Bridge then Back to Liberty State Park. That is not what happened. The boat simply kept circling Battery Park. The historic ships were in the East River. We saw Zero tall ships and Zero historic ships!! Very Disappointing. False Advertising! Food was ok. Our table location was excellent, if there had been any ships to actually see. We paid an inflated price for the "special event" of approximately $177 per person (five-person party). Not worth it to circle Battery Park. We stood in the nearly 100-degree heat, in the sun for over an hour to board (the cruise organizer sent several emails and txts telling us to be there more than 60 minutes in advance, then was late in boarding the passengers). No narration. No notice of the route change until we were given the check for out drinks and told we were about to disembark. When we asked why we didn't see the historic ships the manager said call customer service. No apology for the false adverting or offer of compensation or explanation for the route change. Even if this was not advertised as a special event that was too much money to pay to circle Battery Park and not have a Hudson or an East River cruise.

This sunset dinner cruise exceeded my expectations! The staff was extremely courteous and professional. Food and drinks were amazing. 360 degree views of the city and the Statue of Liberty in the golden sunset hour made our evening!! Everything was just perfect. Loved the overall experience!

We had so much fun!!!, the food was amazing, there were many vegetarian, and plant based options. The service was outstanding. The DJ was great as well as the atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The overall experience was great, minus the food. The salmon was delicious but everything else was cold and overcooked. I’m a major foodie but I went in with the mindset that it was buffet style so I wasn’t expecting five star food but I was extremely sad about the quality of the food. The lady that cut the beef and managed the buffet was AMAZING!! She interacted and danced to the songs! It was my wife’s birthday but the server never told the DJ so her name wasn’t announced. I love NYC so the actual cruise was great.

The servers in the boat and even their Captain were incredibly nice. I don't have words to appreciate them.

Standing on the dock and being advised my trip was canceled. Then being told I should have been advised by someone else my trip was canceled.

Amazing experience to discover and enjoy the nocturnal sights of New York, including the Statue of Liberty. The crew is polite and helpful, there was a sufficient variety of food, unfortunately only water, tea or coffee are included in the basic price and the pictures taken at the beginning are also pricey. The whole trip lasted 3 hours but 1 hour is used to board people from New Jersey and New York (we boarded in New Jersey).

The air conditioning did not work, it was very uncomfortable. The food was average at best and the staff was not courteous. There was no parking available and no information on where else to park. Plus it did not depart on time. Horrible experience. Never again.

No better place to be on a clear, warm summer night than on this dinner cruise! The staff on the ship were friendly and helpful. The food was good but nothing too exceptional. We went primarily for the views of the NY skyline and Statue of Liberty and we were not disappointed! Highly recommend this tour- especially you are staying in Jersey City (versus New York).

I can't understand why they can't do a refund of this travel. Also, I don't think so it's necessary that everybody have to be vaccinated because some people have bad reactions with this vaccine.
