Roberto and Luka made our trip truly memorable. Everything was executed as per the plan and gave us specifics on what to cover at each site. Recommended!
Trip was a great time! Roberto and Carmella were great and kept everything organized and moving. The day flies by. If you are looking for a guided tour of these places, this isn’t it. They get you from place to place and help direct you to certain places at which point you have free time to do what you’d like. They were accommodating for our stroller and 3 kids (14, 11, and 3). Wish we were allowed to eat on the bus as that would have saved some time. Otherwise well worth the money.
A full day experience with bus and train to see a variety of Italy. Very enjoyable with good sites, good pictures and good food.
Not getting a pick-up, combined with the Move Bikes not functioning, put us in a sprint to get across town in time. We made it! Not exactly optimal. No driver was available. The tour itself was an 11 hour marathon in 90 degree heat. The operation was professional. The guides were thorough and helpful. The sites and stops were amazing. You wouldn’t do all that on your own. Loved the WhatsApp communication and guidance on activities. Gave you efficiency at each stop. If you want to pack in a full-day and see as much as possible. This is a great option. Thanks to Roberto and Chamille.
Date of Experience: July 3rd, 2026 I wanted to share what a fantastic experience I had today. Everything was seamless, and I attribute that entirely to our wonderful team. Our driver, Luca, was excellent and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. A huge thank you also goes to our tour leaders, Roberto and Camille, who were absolutely great. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and ensured that every part of the day went smoothly. It was truly a pleasure traveling with such a professional and friendly team—they really made the experience memorable!
We booked this trip as a way to see a bit more than just Florence. We didn’t really have any expectations but wow! What a day!! Booking the Cinque Terre package that included train tickets and pisa is the way to go as you don’t have to worry about anything. The towns we visited were stunning. Seeing Pisa in person was unbelievable. Alex our guide was wonderful making sure we were all on board, explained what we were doing and the history behind the towns etc. A fabulous day out!!!

John was an exceptional tour guide! From the moment our tour began, he made everyone feel welcome and important. He was punctual, organized, and always made sure the group stayed together and felt safe. His knowledge of Cinque Terre and Pisa was impressive, and he shared fascinating history, local insights, and recommendations throughout the day. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. His professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made this tour one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you're lucky enough to have John as your guide! Only issue was WiFi didn’t work that good, it cut out most of the trip.
