We had a wonderful and memorable day at the Chengdu Panda Base thanks to Michelle. She was an excellent communicator and explained everything in a clear, engaging, and interesting way. Her knowledge of the pandas and the layout of the park helped us get much more out of the experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Michelle for our trip to the Chengdu Panda Base. She was punctual, well-prepared, and incredibly knowledgeable about everything related to the pandas. Visiting the Chengdu Panda Base with Michelle was such a fantastic experience. Her warm personality and professional approach immediately made us feel welcome and relaxed.
