Chose this company as they 'seemed' to be the most professional but sadly wrong. Paid an upgrade for an executive vehicle but only got a two year old standard Tesla car. Paid a driver gratuity on the booking but the driver said he did not receive any gratuities from the company so gave him a tip on both journeys. On querying that with the company the driver was lying they did get the gratuity so he told lies to extract more money from the customer, a quite appalling action. Company refused to refund the difference for the vehicle amd the pre-paid gratuity. I suppose we should have realised there were issues with the whole set up with a very questionable method of entering Cologne Airport in the vehicle that was definitely not the norm. Avoid this transfer company at all cost just cannot be trusted and don't care. Plenty of other options for Airport Transfers to use.

Our driver was nice, accommodating and on-time. The trip to the airport was very smooth. He helped us with our luggages and even took our pictures.
