Driver met me in the terminal. Immediately said hello and here let me take your bag! What a nice way to arrive. A friend walked up and said would it be ok if I could come with you? Driver was happily accepting of the request. It is rare a driver cares about others that need help- love this driver. I got his card to recommend him to everyone that comes into Cologne
