My family and I went with Mani was our guide. He was great and helpful in showing us around all the different places, and knowledgeable about the culture and the areas we visited for the half day trip we booked. The mud pools were lots of fun and were very relaxing. Would definitely recommend wearing good walking shoes for the sleeping giant trail as it was quite steep, and bring Fiji cash for the village as they sell beautiful goods but don’t take cards. This trip was a great first introduction to Fiji and would recommend for a half day to explore.

Our guide Mani picked us up at our hotel and provided a great tour with personalized service. Very detailed temple tour. Fun market tour. He showed us items not commonly seen in the US and helped us purchase local spices. We ended with the hot springs and mud bath. It was unforgettable first day on the island. Would highly recommend the private tour.

We booked the CFC Hot Spring Mud Pool, Garden of the Sleeping Giant, and Village Visit Half Day Tour and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our pickup was scheduled for 8:00 AM, but we never received any confirmation message or update prior to the tour. By 8:30 AM, no one had arrived, and we still had not heard from the tour operator. Fortunately, our hotel concierge was familiar with the company and was able to contact them on our behalf. Almost an hour after the scheduled pickup time, the driver finally called and informed us that his vehicle had broken down and that he would not be able to make it that day. While unexpected issues can happen, what was most frustrating was the complete lack of communication. No one contacted us to explain the delay or notify us that the tour had been canceled. We had planned our day around this excursion and wasted valuable vacation time waiting without any information. The situation felt unprofessional and poorly managed. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this tour operator. Reliable communication and customer service are essential, and unfortunately, they fell far short of expectations.

Imoo was our driver and guide for the day, arriving promptly at the Intercontinental Fiji hotel. Our tour included visits to the temple, market, Sleeping Giant Garden, the oldest village, the boat shed at the marina, and the mud pool. Imoo patiently explained each place and its history, taking great photos of us along the way. He also took the initiative to bring us to the boat shed marina for lunch with a view. Throughout the day, he patiently waited while we explored the mud pool and enjoyed a massage afterward. Although it was a long day, he safely returned us to the hotel. Imoo is hardworking, dedicated, and knowledgeable about the island. I highly recommend him and will definitely contact him again on my next visit to Fiji.

Visited with my wife and some friends. Had a lot of fun doing the mud bath and massage afterwards, followed by a visit to the Garde of Sleeping Giant. However, what was most pleasing was having a wonderful driver named Ravinesh who catered to our every need and also gave us a lot of cultural education. Ravi went above and beyond what was required of him, giving us a lot of cultural and geographical education along the way. He accommodated our every wish, including stopping by the local market to pick up some local fruits. Thanks, Ravi! Vinaka!

We did a day trip with Ravi and he was absolutely amazing. Everything we needed he did! We had a great time, very informative. Culture the market, the village, hot springs AND he helped us book the rest of our trip! He is a wealth of information and very kind. Highly recommend!

Our driver was Ravi. He is a very knowledgeable person who helped us understand things that are foreign to us. We learnt and experienced so much on this tour. We travelled with young children and elderly and his services catered to every one of my family. Truely grateful and this is definitely one for the books!! Highly recommend!!!

5 stars. Mani arrived a few minutes before the scheduled pick up time. He drove us to each attraction safely and always waited patiently while we enjoyed the sights. I think we even over ran a bit but he never hurried us. He even did us a favour taking us to our next hotel.
