Don't book here! They claim they didn't get my updates to my flight changes (which I sent them) so they had me as a no show at the airport. I had to hire a taxi instead.

The drivers was not really on time when we were ready but he was contacting me by text which was very helpful.

After a packed flight and collecting our luggage. Our transfer service was there to meet us and safely got us to our hotel. Thank you for your kind service. Definitely recommend! Merci Beaucoup!

Terrible experience. Would give Viator less than 1 if possible. Never received local driver’s contact information from Viator and were not contacted by the driver on arrival, as promised. The driver did not show up at airport and we had to get and pay for alternate transportation. Viator refused to provide a refund of $90 charge and refused to accept any responsibility for local operator’s failure to perform.

Driver was friendly and on time, plenty of room for luggage. Definitely made our entire arrival process that much smoother!

The lines are CDG took 2 hrs to go thru immigration while the driver waited and cost me another $120 US For his wait time.. Total $228; the driver should have been aware of this and delayed for 1 hr plus

Communication with driver was easy. Driver was quick to answer questions and seemed pretty knowledgeable.

Driver was not in the location that was given to us. Waited at airport terminal for a quite a bit of time. Not worth the amount of money paid

There was an issue finding my driver since I am unfamiliar with CDG airport. It would have been easier if he had met asi came put of customs,

He was very helpful on where to go to be picked up! He was knowledgeable about sites we saw while driving to the hotel.
