A quiet drive to the airport where I felt safe. I’m 86. When I travel solo, I trust Viator for trips. I have used them in Rome, Prague and now Paris.

Great transfer to CDG. Driver was there on time. Good communication with transfer coordinator. Pick up was perfect and right in front of our Airbnb. Drop off was at the international terminal for the airline. Highly recommend. Minivan was clean and very nice and held all of us and our luggage.

We realized too late that we had been dropped off at the wrong terminal. We informed the driver who had left the area. He insisted on coming back to get us and take us to the correct terminal. Extremely helpful!!! I highly recommend this service. Also, the vehicle was top notch as well. But you can get that with others. The fantastic service made this experience a five-star ride.

Our driver notified me when he was on his was and again when he got there. He also sent a picture of his car with plate number. We were very happy with everything.

I called last night to confirm pick up time. The driver was early. He gave us 10 minutes and left. We were waving at him to stop but he wouldn’t. Terrible service. The driver and I were in constant contact but it did not matter. Awful.
