Pick up instructions not followed by the travel partner, was not in the terminal with name to pick up. He was late, made up pay for the parking his car for pick up area, and overall not a user friendly pick up process.

Booked 2 cars due to our...
Booked 2 cars due to our numbers at their recommendation. Second Ride never showed up. Our plane was late and excuse was no cars available and I prepaid. I had to call them to find out why no one was there waiting for us.

We are sorry you were unhappy with the experience. Unfortunately, your flight arrived significantly late and, as a result, the original booking became a no-show. We nevertheless found an alternative solution, but this involved waiting, which you chose not to accept.
The disruption was caused by the airline delay and was outside our control. In circumstances such as these, passengers should contact their airline regarding any compensation they may be entitled to and also make a claim through their travel insurance for any additional costs incurred.

Airplane was late. They...
Airplane was late. They did not text or call that they would be late. I had to call them from the airport. Driver was fantastic once we got underway.nice to have luggage help!

Great service!
This service truly made it easy to navigate from the airport to the hotel and back during our stay in Paris. We definitely use them again in the future. Both drivers were friendly, courteous, on time, and helpful.

An experience not to be repeated
I booked Parishuttle from Paris CDG to the hotel round trip. Unfortunately, the experience was negative. Upon arrival, no one showed up, and we had to call twice and wait over an hour before the car arrived. The driver huffed and puffed the entire trip in an annoying manner, seeming upset.
On the return, they showed up at 1:40 PM when the flight was at 6:30 PM. The driver was on the phone the entire trip, speaking annoyingly loudly in a foreign language. Moreover, he started texting on his phone, swerving and honking at those who passed us (on the right, as he had positioned himself in the passing lane even though there was no one there).
Negative experience, I will not use the service when I return to Paris again.

Top rate shuttle service
Excellent shuttle service. Immaculate car, very helpful driver. Punctual. Driver was friendly and amusing and gave us some very good tips for our stay here. Would highly recommend this service.
