Great ride to the airport! Our driver was on time, friendly, and professional. The car was clean and comfortable. Everything was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I reserved for a later time concerned that immigration could take longer with newer screening. Our flight was also early. The driver was early too, having monitored our arrival time. He was pleasant, took my luggage and led us to the car which was a sleek Tesla. Later I saw he had texted us that he had arrived. The whole transfer experience was seamless. Thanks

We never found our Driver. We got no message ahead of time to say what the Driver‘s name was or where he would be picking us up. He was not there to greet us when we got off of the plane; nor when we went on to get our baggage at the carousel; or when we went outside of the terminal. We did get a message that said “I am here. Where are you?” but he never stated where he was. Eventually, we paid for another driver to take us to our hotel. now we are seeing if we can get our money back. I also requested for a pick up from our hotel for a return trip to the airport and never heard back on if that was part of the deal. Decided I would wait till the driver picked us up and I would discuss it then. That never happened. we have used via tor many times for transfers. This is the first time where there was a lot of uncertainty in the entire process.

We had a great experience with our driver David. He was there as expected and delivered us safely and in a timely manner to our hotel. He also drive us back to the airport several days later. This was a great experience for us!

Our flight was delayed by a few hours. The service communicated before we left, and during the flight to ensure the driver was waiting upon our arrival. The driver was polite and an excellent driver on Paris streets.

Easy way to get from the airport to the hotel, especially when you are travel fatigued. David was a great driver and was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp...

Our flight was delayed three hours. we contacted the vendor for our travel pickup but got no reply. we contacted Viator and they contacted the vendor. He was there at the airport and texted us when we arrived where to meet him. He came inside to carry our luggage out to car… So appreciated. Thank you
