The communication was excellent. Due to traffic the driver was slightly late but was able to get me to CDG with more than enough time. I would use this service again.
Our flight was delayed and unfortunately we were unable to make the shuttle. We advised the driver and even though they were not able to provide a new time, they were very helpful and have advised they will process a refund
The driver was available, even though our plane was late. The vehicle was very nice, and the driver was professional. And navigated the traffic with ease despite the crazy motorcycles.

Service both ways was excellent. Only complaint..I was expecting someone waiting as we came out of customs but had to go find them in the parking lot which took a while if you've never been there before.
The RER B, which we usually take to CDG was closed for renovations. We chose Viator service as an alternative. Samira of DT Driver was very professional and pleasant.
Early for pickup time, alerting us in our hotel. Great and safe driver. Would request Samari again, as our driver.
