- すべてのジップライン参加者は、身長55インチ以上、体重80ポンド～240ポンド未満でなければなりません。 NOタンデムライディング! 各ツアー前のチェックインプロセスで、参加者全員の体重測定と完全衣服での検温が行われます。 すべての要件を満たせない方は、ジップは認められず、返金や日程変更もできません。

- 7歳未満のお子様は参加できません。 すべての要件を満たす7歳から9歳までのお子様は、ジップリン参加者の18歳以上の同伴が必要です。ジップリン参加者はアクティビティの全期間、お子様の保護者として行動します。 10歳以上、体重80ポンド以上、身長55インチ以上の参加者は、保護者なしで乗車できます。 すべての要件を満たせない方は、ジップは認められず、返金や日程変更もできません。

- ツアーの参加者は、ツアー開始時にジップラインスタッフが用意する以外の装備（ヘルメット、ハーネス、トロリーなど）を使用することはできません。
- 健康要件 ―
- ツアーに参加するすべての参加者は、短距離をハイキングし、階段を昇り降りし、平均的な運動能力と筋力を持ち、適度に健康であることが求められます。 持病のある方、腰、首、心臓に問題のある方の参加はお勧めできません。 このアクティビティが自分に合っているかどうかわからない場合は、医師に相談してください。 それでも疑問が残る場合は、ジップラインツアーを予約する前に(800)626-1496までお電話ください。 到着時に、ジップラインのスタッフに十分な移動能力、筋力、健康状態がないことが明らかとなった場合、安全のためにツアーへの参加を拒否する権利を有します。 妊娠中のお客様のご参加は、赤ちゃんの健康と安全上のリスクが生じる可能性があるため、ご遠慮ください。
- 払い戻し/スケジュール変更 ―
- すべての売上は最終的なものです。 48時間の厳格なスケジュール変更ポリシーがあります。 48時間以降は返金や日程変更はできません。 遅刻、不参加、ツアーチェックイン時にツアー条件を満たさない場合、返金または日程変更はいたしません。 すべてのツアー要件を口コミし、それに応じて1日および旅行の手配を計画してください。
- 天候のキャンセル :
- 寒冷地や小雨によるツアー中止はいたしません。 ジップラインマネージメントは、強風、大雨、雷雨の可能性など、危険な気象条件によりツアーを中止する場合があります。 天候不順により、運営側によりツアーがキャンセルされた場合、チケットは返金されるか、または後でスケジュール変更されます。
- 責任の免除 ―
- すべての参加者は、予定されたツアーの20分前にチェックインプロセス中に、リスクの認知と責任免除に署名する必要があります。 18歳未満の参加者は、この時点で法定後見人の署名が必要です。 保護者の同意と署名がなければ、未成年者のツアー参加は認められず、返金や日程変更もできません。
- 誤動作/尋常性/アルコール/薬物：
- ジップラインのスタッフは、スタッフの指示を無視して障害があると思われる参加者またはグループのツアーを開始したり、ツアーを完了したりする義務を負いません。また、参加者またはグループのツアーが、自身、他者、コース環境の安全を脅かすものであると何らかの形で認められる場合、ジップラインのスタッフは一切責任を負わないものとします。 そのような参加者および/または不敬、下品、またはその他の方法で他のお客様の安らぎを乱すことが判明した者は、コースから親切に避難し、ツアーを続行することはできません。 いずれの場合も返金や日程変更はいたしません。 ツアー中の喫煙は禁止です。

Jeana and Nat were awesome guides. We were a group of 10. A couple of people were very nervous. They put everyone at ease;. no one was afraid by the end of the experience. I heard one man say that he was so proud of himself for overcoming a fear of heights that he had. Great job, great experience. This was our fourth time doing it, and this was the best.!

My husband and I went to the Zipline Eco Tour for my birthday and our guides were Nat and Cruz. They made the experience so fun and memorable. They were not only knowledgeable about zip lining and the island and its plants, but they also made us feel safe and secure throughout our entire experience. This zipline is completely safe, with multiple redundant safety features. I would never sky dive or hang glide, but I won’t hesitate to do this zipline. And Jamin and Ellie sure made it fun and they certainly know their stuff!

My wife and I had a blast on the zip lines here! Our guides KB and Nat were fun, friendly, and kept us laughing while also reassuring more nervous participants. Most importantly, their emphasis on safety made the whole experience truly enjoyable. Do this activity for the thrill of ziplining! They have five awesome courses with beautiful views. The eco tour part of the activity (interpretive signs) is interesting and gives some cool info about the island, but I'd highly recommend the conservancy's eco tour on the island if you're really looking for more learning on that front.

My wife and I booked a month in advance and secured a 10AM tour. We arrived ahead of our scheduled time and were helped by the woman at the check in counter. When we walked to the zip line tour meeting area, we were greeted by two very enthusiastic guides: Jesse and Sully. They were very personable and helped us all feel comfortable throughout the entire tour; from safety training, to the bus ride (which we all jammed to some great 80s music) and at every station. They helped us make adjustments at each station. What I really enjoyed about our guides was their sense of human and their personalities. The made us feel very safe and comfortable. If we were to do this again, I would hope it’s with Jesse and Sully. The only thing that could be improved was the purchasing for videos and photos of our experience. We didn’t have access to them at the end of our tour. The attendant said they might be uploaded in the afternoon. Since this morning, I haven’t seen them but will try again. Overall, I would highly recommend this experience! Thank you Sully and Jesse for making this zip line tour so memorable!
