Great company to use. They were very helpful and the transfer of visitors and the modes of transport just fitted together seamlessly. The overnight cruise and activities with our guide was great

Very poor transport organization from HANOI-CAT BA Island catastrophic to the outbound and return, hours and hours waiting between each transfer and without any explanation. Guides don't do their jobs. As a reminder, we have arranged VIP transfers.

Bus was on time and everything well organised. bin provided great customer service and ensured everyone was dropped off in the right location

A great organization. Pick up at the hotel and return. These 2 days were great on a nice little boat with 7 cabins. We had a nice cabin with balcony.

Got us from Cat Ba to Hanoi with bus and speedboat. Easy , smooth and very friendly. We were a group of 8 people. Also arranged shuttle bus to the hotel in Hanoi.
