We had an awesome food tour of the Castries Market with Zan and Jasmine. First we went to the market and tried many of the local fruits although we can't remember the names of most of them. We got to try some of the local foods as we walked around, things we would have never known about without them leading the way. Our favorite was the doubles, very messy but so good! Zan and Jasmine grew up on the island and were excellent guides, sharing many of their experiences and knowledge of their history and culture. It was so much fun and we would highly recommend the food tour for an authentic St. Lucian experience!

After having a great time on this tour in Rodney Bay, we asked to do it in Castries too, and Jasmine and Silma did not disappoint. We started at a fruit stall in the market and ended up with fresh coconut water with several stops (including for shopping) along the way. This was possible because it was just the 3 of you again, and we were so grateful to them both for making things slightly different. Would thoroughly recommend this as an experience, they definitely go the extra mile.

We had a wonderful time with our guide Zan! She was so fun, energetic, and a true Lucian through and through.

My wife and I went on the tour in Mar 26 when overnight in port on a cruise. Communication from/with Jasmine was excellent and she kindly helped with advising on evening restaurant options and even sorted the booking. It was a great recommendation. Zandi was our guide for the food tour and was great. Very sociable, knowledgeable and fun. She took us to fabulous local market stalls and restaurants. Background info always provided by Zan. Places we would never have thought to visit and/or try the food or drink. And it was all just fabulous. Also did a mini walking tour, heard stories about Castries and ideas for other visits. Excellent food tour around the market and food stalls with Zan. We sampled coconut, fruits, salt fish and other local dishes. A lovely way to spend 2.5 hours.

Jasmine, our guide, was excellent. Great personality and knowledge made the 2.5hrs fly by, and with 21 different tastes of local food and drinks along the way you would be wise to go hungry. Her warm and friendly style so typical on the Island made this a lovely expereince. We would recommend this tour guide and walking tour to anyone who wants and authentic and relaxed taste of St Lucia.
