We had a wonderful experience with our private tour to Fes with Idrissi and Kesley. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and responsible throughout the entire day. They answered all of our questions with patience and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs made the experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated their excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Morocco!

Very polite and honest staff, but unfortunately they called off the trip one day before (when free cancel through booking was no longer possible) because not enough people were joining. While they offered an upgrade for 130 euros - which I couldn't pay on such a short notice - I believe that they should at least offer a compensation, since my entire itinerary was built around this specific trip to Fez. The custimer support refunded me afterwards, so they are legitimate and honest, but I would suggest more flexibility instead of the "either pay 130 euros one day before or cancel it" treatment

Guide, Ibriss was very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend him highly. Driver, Used was also knowledgeable pointing out places on the way to Fes. We enjoyed thistour very much.

All in all full marks to both the driver (Samir) and our guide (Mr Idrissi). They both took a very good care of my son & me. We travelled from Casablanca. It was a sunny day, welcoming people, absolutely huge lunch (vegetarian). It was a good idea to drive between 2 spots so that we could spent more time at each stop. Media and souks were absolutely beautiful. The ceramic cafe tour was really amazing. So was the tannery and leather goods sold in those shops. The whole trip was very relaxed considering we covered so many things during that day. Would highly recommend this trip to anyone.

Excellent communication from the tour operator to keep me informed about pickup. Our driver, Sabri, explained some of the spots on the way to Fez. We met up with Idrissi (our guide) when we reached Fez. He's a local who has worked as a guide for almost 45 years. Definitely knows the windy roads in the markets like the back of his hand. He gave us the history of every place and the pace was excellent. Since we were only a very small group, we had plenty of opportunities to interact and ask questions. I was going to explore Fez on my own, but glad I chose to join this tour group.

It was an awful day trip from Casablanca to Fez on Dec 4th. The driver, Anas, had a bad breath, couldn’t stop chatting with the front passenger. The sedan was dirty and beat up. The tour guide sitting right next to us in a cramped backseat, was coughing violently, not covering his mouth or wearing a mask. He has no common sense that his cold is easily transmitted. My husband and I have been coughing and sneezing since we got back to the states on Dec 6th because of the Fez tour guide, Idrissi, his sick condition.

We had an amazing tour of Fes with Samir & Idrissi They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and so accommodating throughout the entire day. Samir & Idrissi took us to all the must-see sights and shared so much history and culture in a way that was easy to understand and truly fascinating. Their warm personality made us feel comfortable and well looked after, and gladly tailored the tour to our interests. Our experience in Fes was truly exceptional thanks to our tour guide, Gid Idrissi, and our driver, Samir. Gid has been a tour guide for over 40 years, and his experience truly shows. His knowledge of the history, culture, and hidden corners of Fes is extraordinary. He explained everything with clarity, passion, and warmth, making the city feel alive. Walking through the medina with him felt like being guided by someone who knows every stone and every story. Our driver Samir was equally wonderful — punctual, respectful, and very professional. He made us feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the whole journey. Thanks to Gid and Samir, our visit to Fes was unforgettable. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an authentic, smooth, and enriching experience in the city.

Excursion made during the stopover in Casablanca with the cruise ship. Issam our driver was phenomenal, perfect driving and absolute kindness. He waited for us at the arrival point of the shuttle from the cruise terminal and brought us back to the same point, he did everything possible to be able to catch the shuttle within the scheduled time despite the large traffic encountered! Thank you again! The trip takes about 3 hours and 45 'with a stop halfway, we were 8 and the bus was very comfortable! Wi-Fi fully functional and water available. In Fes, Hamid (local guide) took us for a walk around the Medina and told us, in Italian, everything about the history of the city. Perfectly arranged with our driver. Great lunch with mixed appetizer and choice of lemon chicken tapine or couscous, drinks for a fee. A must-see excursion for both cruise passengers and travelers departing from Casablanca.

Very nice tour! My driver Sabri was punctual and safe. He was very responsive through WhatsApp, which I appreciated. We met our guide Idrissi when we arrived in Fez. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodated our pace as we explored the Medina. The lunch was tasty and we had a wonderful day. Shukran!
