Alex provides an amazing tour with great insight. Able to enter buildings on this tour. Fanatic recommendations for post tour. Extremely knowledgeable about both Oxford and Harry Potter lore. Great personality. Willing to share knowledge and experiences.
I showed up early and waited but could not find anyone to give the tour. There are multiple guides in the area. so it can be very confusing as well. Either way, I stayed a while and even returned at the other available times to see if I could talk to anyone but no one ever showed up. I asked for a refund and was denied, I only had one day in the city and this completely ruined it. I’ve never had a poor experience through Viator before, this was extremely disappointing.

We had a wonderful tour with Camilla- she was very knowledgeable explaining about how the collegiate system works at the university as well as showing us the sites where the Harry Potter films were filmed
I went for the Harry potter tour. The student tour guide was great and really nice! It was her first tour. It would have been very helpful if she would have brought pictures of the location she is showing. But honestly I didn't see anything related to harry potter except for New college. All the other places she mentioned- Divinity college, the library and Christ church were not included and luckily I had to pay entrance to get there another day. I paid a lot for this tour and didn't get to see much.
We did the tour in Spanish last week with Camila and it was an unforgettable experience. Camila adapted to the interests and ages of each member of the family, she included valuable information about the history of the city and how the university works. She related this to the history of Harry Potter so that the children could understand. We visited the locations and learned a lot about this incredible city. Totally recommended!
We had a great tour with our guide Ky. She showed us around with great knowledge and humor and didn't mind answering any follow up question that came up. The group size of 5 to 6 people was just right to be able to interact and hear everything. We had a fun, compact tour which fit perfectly into our daytrip to Oxford. The requested tour fee is more than reasonable and with these great guides it is always good to have a tip at the ready. I did the tour for the second time and every guide gives you different tour and sprinkles their personal experience into what is shared. So a bit late but Thank you again for this wonderful tour Ky!

Camila, was an excellent guide. She has a huge knowlwdge about Oxford and she is very didactics in her explanations. Time run very fast during the tour. We appreciated all the informatin that she provided about the history of Oxford and the rules and how are organized the colleges. We revomend it.
