Took 9:30 pm cruise so we would see the city lights. The cruise was on a large river boat, which hosted a combination of options including eating and drinking. We had the basic ticket and were happy with the cruise with the option to sit outside or inside at a table. Note that there was no commentary because music and dancing entertainment was provided for those passengers choosing to be inside, mostly diners. It didn’t feel crowded. And was a lovey way to see the views while resting tired legs. Although not at all cold, I was glad I brought a light shawl as the evening drew on.
If you choose to go on this tour, make sure you go early if you want to sit on the outside. We arrived 25 minutes prior and we got the last two seats outside. Once the cruise gets going people come from the inside and stand in front of the people sitting. Seems like the dinner and dancing inside was fine but we just did the cruise with one drink option. I am not sure why language was noted for this cruise as there was no announcements about what you were seeing. There was an app you could download but it only spoke about 8 of the sites you saw on the 90 minute cruise.
We could not find the boat on Dock 2 at the specified time, therefore we missed our experience. I kindly asked for a refund, contacting time company twice, however they refused to do that and now I‘ve wasted 34€. This is seriously outrageous.

Best tour for Budapest, although the people were little rude. Too many options too

The boat trip is highly recommended. We took the cruise at 7:00 PM and we liked it a lot, but we couldn't see the illuminated buildings, which they turn on at 9:00 PM.

It was crowded with a long line to get seated however the tour was well organized and well staffed. Good live music and best of all there was air conditioning on the boat! There was no roof top and limited seating on the outside of the boat. Overall for the price paid, it was a steal!

Great cruise,easy to find,good commentary. Drink choice very good and served as boat was underway.
It is a great activity to be able to view the city of Budapest from the water. The outdoor seats provide a good overview of the city and offer a beautiful view of the most famous sights. The atmosphere is very beautiful, especially in the evening. I can recommend this experience.
10/10 rating. We were a group of 6, 4 adults and 2 teenagers and there was something for everyone. We all loved it!
Be on the boat a bit earlier in order to catch a nice place for the cruise. ////////////////////////55
