Driver showed up 1.5 hours late from our scheduled time and we had to wait for them when we had given our flight information in detail.

Our driver was Gerald. We were running late due to the flights and he waited almost an hour for us. I'm not one to talk a lot with drivers but Gerald was just a delight. After a long day of travel and delays, it was great to relax on the drive to our destination.

Perfect!! Driver contacted us within minutes of getting off the plane. He was in the lot within minutes of us getting there. Vehicle was clean, comfortable and just as advertised. Very friendly driver. Great experience.

Absolutely awful paid viator in advance for the journey upfront the driver. We were delayed as airport runway closed due to rain storm but we weren’t that late and the driver had our flight number. The delays weren’t out fault and although his last message to me was I will have to charge waiting or go I didn’t I didn’t want him to leave as u paid I thought it wouldn’t be much as already paid €100 but then when we got there we gave him €30 to say thank you and he then asked for my email to invoice me waiting time and then charged 20minute delay time of €130 on top and so with the tip we ended up paying €260 for a short 20 minute ride to our hotel. I was devastated as it’s so much money I’ve used viator so many times for transfers from airports in America especially vegas but i will never use again because of this as it was an absolute rip off. No fancy extras no drinks on pick up or anything and car smelt so not the best start landing in Nashville. We aren’t moaning people but I have to write this review as don’t want anyone to go through what I went through It was for my husbands birthday. When we got off plane driver was calling and texting all the time and you aren’t allowed your mobile in passport and customs so that was hard as it kept going off. He wasn’t there with a sign to meet us ok but we had to try and find him. All for the luxury of €260 stay away if you want to save money get a Uber. I should have I won’t use this service again and if I was you I wouldn’t either it’s such a shame. Especially if your tired after a late flight I never in a million years thought I would get invoiced by a driver 20. Mins waiting time €130 ridiculous. I complained to viator who said I had to take it up with the driver as he’s third party but they arranged if all. Last thing you want to do is complain while your away but I can’t let anyone else do this as people save for these things and it’s not fair.

The drivers car smelled like cigarettes and they were on their phone texting while driving which was very concerning. The vehicle wasn’t nice either and when you are booking this service it leads you to believe you are being picked up in a nice suv like a Tahoe or Suburban. Next time I will just Uber

We ordered a taxi for 7 people and noted that we would have a lot of luggage. On landing, we could not locate our ride and no vehicle details were provided so we spent 30 minutes trying including phoning a phone number given which was not answered. We finally managed to get through to the driver who was a lovely lady named Mary. However, whilst her vehicle could at a squeeze take 7 passengers, there was no way that even half our luggage could be loaded. Therefore, 2 from our party together with their luggage had to take another cab. We were informed by Mary that her company had only been informed about this reservation 3 hours previously and that they had no larger vehicles available. Our booking showed a ‘Transit ’ type vehicle but we were collected in a basic people carrier which was quite simply inadequate and not what we had ordered. Therefore, despite paying around 170 dollars for a short ride to downtown Nashville in ridiculously cramped conditions, we had to pay a further 80 dollars to get another ride. Will not be using this company again for transportation purposes.

Experience was great! Driver was very friendly and knowledgeable! Didn’t have to wait long at the airport at all, he was waiting for us and got to our destination in no time.
