Don’t show on time when you call they tell you someone is on the way after they say you don’t have a reservation! They take your money for full size Benz vans and show up in Suburban’s ! And don’t want you to review them if it’s not 5 stars! Fighting for my refund now.
Hello, This booking for the transfer never turned up; we waited for over 45 mins with young children after a long transit journey from Australia. I also called metro and they had no confirmation of our booking. Please issue a refund immediately, the service has been unacceptable. Jem Cheep

Ahmed met us at the airport as arranged in an Executive Sprinter vehicle. He greeted us well and helped with all our suitcases. He couldn't do enough for us and was so friendly and helpful.
