We always make it a point to visit Blossoms Lounge when flying out of Changi T4—it's become our default lounge for a reason! The food and service never fail to impress us and always exceed our expectations. I want to give a special shoutout to Jannica and the management team for being so wonderfully welcoming and attentive. Always a 5-star experience before a flight!
The reception staff were welcoming and most helpful when I encountered some issues that I needed help with. Their service excellence with a smile was comforting and encouraging in my time of distress. I want to extend my special thanks to Jesusa, Janice and Ryna for the assistance rendered.
