Pros: - Bicycle was of great quality - Staff's behaviour was top notch - Our guide was very friendly and likeable. She was also more than willing to answer any questions. However, we felt the tour fell short on 2 counts - The narrative about the city and it's history lacked depth. Also the narrative didn't cover any broad-brush background of the city/Austria's culture and was more focussed on individual figures. - Although our guide was very amiable, unfortunately her volume was barely audible.

Loved this Vienna tour. Karen was a wealth of historical facts/stories and we just loved her tour (opera singing included). One suggestion is I would ask for a bike with the rear brake on the handle - the pedal backwards for the rear brake took some getting used to and I am an avid biker. Otherwise highly recommend this tour!

Good tour and guide was very knowledgeable but gave too much historical information for a short tour and he spoke very quickly so not always easy to understand. More riding and less talk would have been preferred.

I have never previously left a negative review for any of the tours I have booked through Tripadvisor. I am writing this because I want other travelers to be aware of my experience, and I hope the tour company will take it seriously, thoroughly inspect its equipment, and review its procedures for responding when a guest is injured. I booked two tour packages, one for my son and one for me. The first bike provided to me did not have a rear hand brake, while my son’s bike had both front and rear hand brakes. After riding for approximately five minutes, I did not feel safe on it and asked for a different bike. The tour guide contacted the office, and an employee brought the yellow replacement bike shown in the photo. Although the bike did not appear very sturdy, I accepted it because I did not want to further delay the tour. The black bike next to it in the photo is my son’s bike, and the difference in their condition is clearly visible. The yellow replacement bike appeared to be in poorer condition than public city rental bikes I have used in major cities. More importantly, the handlebars on the replacement bike felt unusually loose and light compared with the first bike. This caught me by surprise because I was expecting a similar level of handling and control. As soon as I got on and began riding, I had difficulty controlling the bike, lost control, fell, and twisted my knee. After the fall, the tour continued. I got back on the bike and attempted to continue for approximately another five minutes. I then began experiencing numbness in my leg. At the next stop, I told the guide that I could not continue and needed to leave the tour. What concerned me just as much as the equipment was the response after my fall. The guide did not ask about the extent of my injury, whether I needed medical assistance, or how I was feeling. Her primary concern appeared to be arranging for the bikes to be returned. I am currently at the hospital having my knee examined. My knee has become significantly swollen, and I cannot lift my leg or put weight on it. Please see the attached photo. I understand that accidents can happen. My purpose in writing this review is not simply to complain, but to make other travelers aware of what happened and, hopefully, to prevent someone else from having a similar experience. I also sincerely hope the company will take this incident seriously, inspect and maintain its bikes more carefully, and establish clear procedures for assisting guests when an injury occurs.

Excellent Tour! Karin was brilliant; she was lively, funny, personal & so knowledgeable. Since we had such a small group, she gave us an extra stop and very thorough descriptions of sights. Would highly recommend!

Informative city tour with lots of helpful history and context. Our guide provided recommendations for museums and activities throughout. The biking itself was very accessible. Wonderful experience all around.

The guide gives a good picture of the history, origin, and culture of the city. The price for a bike tour is absurdly high. €47 pp for a small bike with poorly working gears. The group was too big (18 people) to cycle safely in the city. At the end, 4 participants were also lost.

Our guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable and interesting. She worked really hard to make our experience memorable.

Great loop around city center, nice bikes, absolutely lovely guide, fun, funny, knowledgeable. Bike paths are great.
