Awful service. Avoid at all costs. Picked us up as a party of 4 and when asked about the middle seat belt as it was missing, was informed that in Italy it was only law for the front passengers to wear one. Lie! The dashboard indicated a mechanical fault (spanner symbol) showing the car was not roadworthy. Both elements made this trip dangerous and it was a sickening 50 minute journey full of worry and anxiety. Contacted the company who claimed the seatbelt was accessible and then sent pictures which showed it wasn’t and a photo of the dashboard with the engine off! No responsibility for poor products provided. If I could give zero stars I would.
