My husband and I absolutely loved our private tour. Our tour guide, Luis, taught us so much about Mayan history and the geography and cenotes. We enjoyed seeing the ruins and learning about how the Mayans created their calendars/kept track of time. Also, Luis was a great photographer and took so many good pictures of us and the surrounding landscape. Snorkeling in the cenotes was amazing and we even got to explore some caves, including a bat cave. Lunch was delicious. Snorkeling with the sea turtles was also a highlight of the tour. It was so cute when they swam up and popped their little heads out of the water. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, and request Luis, he’s the best! Our driver, Omar, was also great. He stopped on the way back to our hotel so we could get ice cream. Both Luis and Omar were extremely friendly and professional, it was a great day!

We chose this operator due to the good reviews they had, and we were not mistaken. We chose a private tour, and both our guide Josh and our driver made sure we had a perfect day. Josh introduced us to the entire history of Tulum and answered all our questions while always being attentive to our needs. Hugo made us feel very safe on the road and was always guarding our belongings.

We booked the Tulum/Cenote/Turtles tour through TripAdvisor and had a fantastic time! All pre-tour communication was easy and clear. Our guide, Arturo, was friendly and did an excellent job. He told us what to expect and then lead us through the event, providing additional information and answering all of our questions along the way. The driver, Hugo, was skilled and did his best to give us a comfortable ride on some bumpy roads. Tulum was stunning and we were almost the first people to enter. We swam in the covered Taak Bi Ha cenote, which was like a different world! The turtle snorkeling was very busy with other tours but we saw several large turtles and enjoyed it all. All of the entrance tickets and coordination was handled by Absolute Adventure Mexico. Highly recommend!

So glad I picked this tour. My family was impressed. Our party of 5 was picked up by our guide Eddie prompty at our hotel and our adventure began. We loved learning about the history of Tullum. Its so beautiful and interesting. So many great pics taken ! Due to the weather we were unable to swim with turtles so instead our guide took us to 2 cenotes ! The kids loved snorkeling in them. The best part was watching Mexico play game 1 of the world cup while eating at an authentic Mexican restuanrant. EPIC ! Our guide was amazing, and so was our driver. It felt like hanging with friends.

Amazing day. Perfect early start for us. Josh and Rod kept the van spotless and loaded with cool drinks. Josh was very clear on details and options for the day. Rod was a great driver and nothing to much trouble . The locations themselves were awesome and once again clear history and details of our timetable were awesome 👍🏽✨ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My wife and I did both the Tulum and Cobá private tours with our guide Arturo and had an absolute BLAST! Arturo took his time showing us a lot of amazing sights along with being incredibly informative of both the history and culture. We had an incredible, adventurous experience, and it was a time that truly made our honeymoon special. I’d suggest either of these tours to anyone who’s looking for a vast, informative, adventure! Our driver throughout both tours, Omar, was also really fun and accommodating! 10/10 experience!!

This was a bucket list item for my wife and Eddy (our guide) made it really special. He was very knowledgeable and we learned so much about the history of the area, the ruins, and Mayan daily life. Omar (our driver) was amazing, very soft spoken, but very funny! I would HIGHLY recommend!

Incredible experience for our family ages 13 to 83. The booking process was incredibly simple and they were very accommodating to help us with someof the needs of our older family. The day of the tour we were with JJ and Hugo, who were absolutely amazing giving us an incredibletour of Tulum with great information and then providing us really fun opportunities to swim with the turtles and have a cenote to ourselves. Would highly recommend using them and requesting JJ and Hugo as your guides we were very impressed with everything!

Deturo and Ivan were excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend and hope to come back to do more cenotes.

We booked for a family of four, parents and 11 and 8 year old. The driver was Hugo and our guide was Dulce. 7.30am pick from the hotel. An hour’s drive to Tulum. Just the right amount of walking around the site with kids that are not keen on walking much! We then went on to a cenote. We chose Nicte-Ha as an open one for light and easy swimming. Then lunch - simple but delicious tacos at Junita restaurant. Finally, off to Akumel for swimming with turtles. We saw 4! Highly recommended activity. Dulce was a friendly guide, told us lots about the ruins and helped to learn/ practice snorkelling.
