Took the £318 then didnt turn up
Paid £318, booked in advance, waited over an hour for pickup and nobody turned up, contacted them to be told the boat had left can we just go another day, we only have 2 days left in Bali and have plans, now i have 3 very upset and crying children! Do not trust this company

Unfortunately, due to an issue with the booking notification, our team did not receive your reservation information as expected. As a result, we were unaware of your booking and were unable to arrange your pickup.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after you had already planned your experience with us.
We have accepted your full refund request through Viator, and Viator will proceed with the refund to your original payment method.
We will also contact Viator directly to investigate why we did not receive the booking notification email for your reservation, so we can understand what happened and help prevent a similar issue in the future.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for this experience. We truly regret that we were unable to provide you with the service you expected.

Beautiful day out
We had the best day, easy to book and pick up made it easy to get to. Scuba diving was amazing and located in a beautiful spot

Best boat trip ever!
Really well organised trip. Able to cater for vegans, with an amazing lunch. The children loved all the water activities. Will definitely book with again.

Best experience in Bali
Our first time as a couple in Bali and we truly lived the experience. I don’t know how to swim but they were extremely accommodating and guided me throughout the tour. Highly recommend them with excellent customer service!!!

I went on my honeymoon.
Banana boating, aqua knotting, snorkeling, water slides and many other activities were enjoyed in the beautiful sea, and they took me to Nusa Lembongan for sightseeing!
Lunch on the island was also delicious and satisfying with great views! ☺

Underwater Experience
Excellent experience! Very friendly staff. Beautiful underwater snorkeling and aquanauts would highly recommend!! Aquanauts is good even if you don’t know how to swim cause you get to walk under water.
