It was an interesting trip seeing the sites around Paris along the Seine River. Needed a bandaid for a small cut, but I was sent from one person to another and never received any help. No crew members available to help.

We took the boat trip on the Sena and the experience was good, but without great surprises. It is a pleasant way to see Paris from another angle and pass by some of the city's main tourist attractions, especially if it's your first time in Paris. Overall, we found the tour organized and relaxed, but it wasn't one of the experiences that marked us the most during the trip. It's worth doing, especially to see the city from a different perspective, but for us it was just an okay experience.

We chose this tour because the time worked better with other activities and it’s location of the pick up/drop off locations and were pleased despite not being a full dinner cruise as we initially desired.

We purchased two tickets on GetYourGuide for a Seine river cruise. We recommend the experience itself because it is very nice and evocative, especially if done in the evening with the city illuminated. The boat is large and comfortable. The only flaw is the mile-long line to access it: a single line for both those who already had a ticket and those who still had to purchase one (in the evening at least 2 hours of waiting, we took the 9:00 PM boat).

Before departure, the line was quite long and we weren't sure if we would even make it to the boat we wanted. In the end, the timing worked out perfectly – and the wait had been worth it. During the trip, we experienced Paris slowly in the evening light, saw the Olympic balloon rising over the city, and finally the Eiffel Tower sparkling. Seeing Paris from the Seine opens up a completely different perspective on the city. Of course, there are many people on the boat and the trip is not particularly quiet or intimate. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful start to our stay in Paris for us. Especially in the evening, when the lights come on, the trip with the Bateaux-Mouches has a very special atmosphere. We would do it again anytime.
